What's the purpose of these forums if you don't listen to the customers?

When square and weebly merged the web services I had assumed the worst and I wasn't let down.  I've made numerous complaints about how the online store works now versus what the old square store used to do and yet no positive changes seem to happen.  I seem to have to find a new way to adapt to the constant crappy changes that you guys throw at us. 

 

For example:

1. Customers still are automatically selected for the "ASAP" option at checkout versus the guest having to choose the date for pickup.

2. Orders are automatically accepted with no way for the seller to make this an option.  I've had to do several refunds to online orders because guests rush through the checkout process without seeing that an order is 7-days out and not same day or even next day pickup.

3. Printing invoices is complicated, first I have to mark the order as in progress through the "orders" page, then go to the online store to print the document.

 

I made these complaints when we were forced onto the new platform almost two years ago now and there has been zero progress on these.  I think it's safe to say that you all don't care about the restaurant community.  

 

Maybe the title of this topic should be "WTB better online store"
