Hey @Valentina  we have been experiencing connectivity issues for the past 2 days... However just found out that bout 2 hours ago our service provider (Comcast/Xfinity) Is experiencing a state wide outage. So maybe the issues from yesterday and earlier today were caused by the permit outage we are now experiencing. If once the internet is restored and it doesn't work... I will reach out to support! Thanks so much!
