Unable to see which customers open marketing campaigns?

So... new to square marketing... we generally use mailchimp for our email marketing.  But thought I would take advantage of the 30 day trial to see how square's campaigns measured up.  One problem I see, unless I'm totally missing it, is that I'm unable to see which customer's opened the campaign.  Which kind of defeats the purpose of sending a campaign if you can't see who is responding.  😞   Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @indigo - Thanks for your question. At this time, you are only able to see open rates for those emails you send out in marketing campaigns.

We're always looking to improve our products though, so I will share this feedback with our product team. Any features that you are really liking or would like to see added/worked on?

Without being able to see which of my wholesale clients have opened and which haven't makes sending the email pretty useless. I have no idea who we need to follow up with.
