Sorry to hear about the trouble! Definitely want you to get set up with a free reader. 

 

First, you can confirm your shipping details (and request another) from your online Dashboard

 

Alternatively, you can pick up a reader right away from a local retailer, and we'll reimburse you. Find the steps in our Support Center

I'm starting to think it's one of those things where it's like "we will send you a FREE reader" and then it never comes so you eventually just buy one.

Took about 2 months to get mine. Looking for debit card now and hopefully it will come before  January 2021
