Unable to access funds

I have had my square account for 3 -4 years. Today they froze my account and I can’t find out why. I have never had a chargeback. I am a holistic practitioner who sells supplements. 
I have not received an email but I did call them and was told they were reviewing my account. 
Who can I call for answers? Or does anyone have any ideas why?
