Do customers get any sort of automatic email with their tracking number when you mark items as shipped on the dashboard?

I'm not sure how you purchase shipping but I use a 3rd party site to ship and you can usually opt to send an email to the buyer once you pay for it through them.

Are you asking about orders you process through your Square Online website? If you create a label, or mark an order as shipped from the Square Online dashboard, then yes, the tracking information is sent via email.
I will need to double check if this works now for orders marked from the Square dashboard. I will let you know what I find out. Thanks in advance for your patience!
