Switch back to old online booking

Hi all!!

How do I switch back to the old online booking vs what is coming out this new booking flow??  I DO NOT like it at all and it took a lot of my important information away that was on the original online booking before this new flow stuff starting going out.

There isn't a way to switch back to the old booking. However, your feedback has been surfaced to our Product Team so improvements can be made to the existing booking flow.

Thank u!! I usually am a huge lover of square everything! This update is just not user friendly on my end! All the i fo that was on the original booking link that had important things that clients needed is now gone.  😞  if there is a way maybe square it make it optional 🙂

I agree. I hate the new layout. It’s not as easy to read or navigate.

Not being able to create our own booking flow is not acceptable Square -- at all!  You don't remove features that people are relying on and have for some time!
