Star TSP-100 Printer Not Working

Hi,

Just recently we are encountering our TSP-100 printer isn't working.

It functioned for some time up to this date, and we've tried unplugging all devices, restarting our network, unplugging and re plugging all cables to no avail. Once plugged in, Square recognizes it and says "Printer connected" but doesn't give us the prompt to print tickets or receipts. Any suggestions for plan of action we should take?
