Ever since I added online ordering to my services square has been messing up my inventory. Luckily it has only been off by a count of 1 or 2, but it has created some major inconveniences with my customers. Is this because the online sales and in store sales aren't linked? Is there something I can do to fix this? I tried doing weekly recounts and it was still happening, plus that just added so much extra work.

The inventory in your Square Online website should be linking up with the inventory related to in-person sales, @Jessibow!
If you think something is off here, we would recommend getting in touch with our team directly.
They will be able to dig into your account with you, and hopefully help clear things up.
If there is a bigger issue, they'll be able to bring this to the attention of our engineers!

Hi, it does sometimes and it doesn't others. there are a lot of times where it is off by 1 or 2 units in either direction.
