Square active campaign sent out after two days no email recipients, should I cancel, start over?

Hello,

Saturday, April 25, afternoon I sent an email with a coupon attached for my email customers to use for my greenhouse that will be opening May 9th.  It shows active but as of this morning April 27th the Campaign Statistics show Zero in every category.  I read last night that it takes 24 hours to make sure everyone has received this email etc for it to post.  I sent it out to 120 to 140 email customers.  

Should I cancel that campaign & start over.  I have used this before but have never experienced this before.

So it has zeros across the board, even under the Delivered tab? I'm wondering if you made a coupon that attaches to your receipts instead of an email campaign? You'll be able to tell by clicking on the campaign itself and scrolling down on the Campaign Report. Under Groups at the bottom, it'll say "Email Receipts" and "SMS Receipts". If that's the case, then you created a coupon that is only attached to the bottom of receipts and not actually emailed.

 

Check out this article for the steps on how to create an email campaign. It should get you on the right track!

thank you for your help.  this explains everything! I deleted the campaign and started over!
