Square Stand 2 alternative power?
Hey all!
I recently purchased a square stand 2 to upgrade my business and realized it mate need to be plugged in to function. I do a lot of outdoor craft events and was wondering if it can simply run off the iPad as a power source if I don’t have a power drop at an event.
I have a bunch of portable batteries but none with AC input, would be open to suggestions there as well. Thanks!

@Hotwing I haven't tried it yet, but the stand accepts a usb-c input so in theory you can just get a juice pack of some kind that has usb-c out and should be able to power the stand. I will try to check the power adapter to see if it lists the watts it puts out and you can match that and it should work. The basic setup is the power adapter feeds the USB hub the USB hub feeds the stand which charges the iPad and connects all the accessories. And a juice pack could also be velcroed with command strips very easily to the stand to use.

@Hotwing ;
You would be looking for a power inverter. Ryobi and Dewalt make some that plugs into there tool batteries to give you a 110 v outlet. You can also look on Amazon etc or through the brand of cordless tools you have. Here is an image of what they are. Prices range from about $44 to $425 depending on how many batteries power it or how many and types of ports you need.
