I need to make up to 25 online bookings available from 9am to 11am per day for dog grooming services in Square Appointments. All Dogs would be actually dropped off between 9-11am for various treatment as per service choice made online (fyi. we would make a note that dogs pick ups would be between 3-4pm )
This was my attempt to find the solution for this type of scheduling:
a) I set up all services to 5min duration
b) I added 2 groomers that are available to take appointments only between 9am and 11am. They are assigned to all services.
c) Under calendar and bookings > Appointments are scheduled > According the service duration.
So theoretically, there should be 26 time slots x 2 groomers available per day. After I make 2 test bookings for any of the time slots (ie. 9:05 am and 10:15am), the day gets blocked off.
Does anyone have any insight on how this could be solved?

Currently, you can set a daily limit of up to 30 appointments per staff member or location. However, there isn't an option to set a limit for a specific time window, such as allowing 25 bookings within a two-hour span. With the daily limit, all team members can still book over the set threshold, but customer bookings will be restricted for that day once the limit is reached.
I recommend adding this as a feature request in our Ideate Board to let our Product Team know it’s important to you. I'll also tag a few Super Champions here to see if they have any workarounds that might help! @amjessey @rjonin @JG_Brewing @DinaLRosenberg

Hi @CDG ,
Have you considered making it a "class" instead? There may be a few limitations. But, using class is a way to open up several seats for a certain timeslot.
In addition, make sure your square appointments allows double booking.
Let me know if either of these options work for your needs?
