Show off square register to merchants in your area email

Boss got an email about showing off our register to other merchants and getting some free proccessing in return but the link just takes me to a google login. Is that right? Is it a scam? What's happening here?

don't know anything about that possible promotion, but there wouldn't be any links that would take you to a google login.
