Self check out with store provided tablet

Hi,

Is there any way that we can provide customers an iPad or tablet and they can order from that device?

Our restaurant is always short of staff now.  We don't really have enough employees to take customer's order.  I know there is self-serve ordering function in Square, but I think if we can provide customers a tablet to order by themselves, that will be easier for them.

probably providing simple How to guides about using the self service QR codes will help them order for themselves. It would be much less expensive then providing a tablet for every table in your shop. The vast majority of people these days have smart phones with camera apps modern enough to use QR codes. so an info graphic sheet for a how to on ordering might be enough.
