I use the sales summary feature on the android app. It used to show compatible data week on week and on an hour by hour basis and it now only seems to do some of that.
When I pick a day on the week to see the sales summary, the % shown under each figure doesn't seem to correspond to the previous weeks sales. It also doesn't show the hour by hour sales comparison from the pervious week or the total sales from the previous week. It seems like it is working the % out based on the whole of the last week, not the comparible day.
I also used to see the previous day of the week sales as was at the time I am looking and it doesn't now. For example, if I check the days takings at 12 noon on the day, it used to show how we were doing compared to 12 noon the previous week, now it just has the whole day.
Any idea?

If you wish to see hour by hour, you need to tap on the Date and toggle off All day option so you can choose the hour.
If you need help, please let me know your Square app's current version and send me a screenshot so I can have a further look into this.

Hi Emma,
That makes no difference. I've taken a screen shot of one day last week. The graph clearly shows that sales are on par with the previous week, but the percentage difference is massively out.

Hi @AandMEvents, just stepping in for Emma here.
Thanks for the screenshot. Has the comparison disappeared for just the daily sales or is it also missing when you filter to 1W, 1M, 3M, 1Y?
I don't believe we've made any changes to this feature, can you try updating your app/deleting and reinstalling and then let me know if the issue is ongoing?

It's the same with all filters other than on the day. Same problem on two devices

Thanks for confirming @AandMEvents. I tested with my team on both iOS and Android devices but I can still view the sales comparison for each filter.
If you haven't made any changes to the settings in the image attached, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Support Team directly.
