Is there a way to check how many times my email link on my webpage is getting clicked by customers?

We've included an overview of the reports and statistics you can generate from Square Online here. 

When you say email link, are you referring to the 'Contact us' form on your Square Online site?

I have since added a contacts page, so I guess that would now be the question, but previously I was referring to the envelope symbol at the footer of the page.

Speaking of emails, are they stored on site? or do i reply to them like a normal email?

Stepping in for @Laurie_ while she's out of office. 

When someone sends an inquiry via the contact form on your website, we send an email notification to the email address associated with your Square account. You can then directly reply to them via your usual email inbox.
