Remove "Gift Message" but keep "Gift Wrap"?

Hello,

Is there a way to remove the Gift Message option but keep the Gift Wrap?  For context, I sell jewellery and have felt bags available for purchase as Gift Wrap but I don't have sophisticated Gift Message options available. I would like to sell the felt bags as Gift Wrap but remove the Gift Message option.
