Refund?

I need to issue a client a refund to their card because of an e-card they purchased... can’t use it because of the lock down... it’s been past the 120 days so I can’t automatically do it on my account.  Any other way for me to do it?

While you are correct that most transactions can not be refunded after the 120 mark, there are certain circumstances in which our Support Team can issue a refund from their side. We would recommend flagging this over to them when you can to see if this is still an option for you.
