I received an incorrect order from the website. Spoke with the customer, and cancelled the order through my Square App.
The transaction report on the iphone app is showing the negative amount but the daily report is not showing the backed out transaction
Am I doing something incorrectly for this transaction to refund/cancel the transaction?

Hello @janjwoodables
When looking at the daily report the amount displayed there will be the Gross amount. However, if you look at your Sales Summary report located on the Square Dashboard you will be able to see the return/refund is reflected and deducted from the net sales of the respective day.
