Random Pages not indexing on google

Ok, I've gone through other threads and can't find the answer to this.

I have thousands of weblinks on my site but unfortunately some are getting this error message:

'noindex' detected in 'robots' meta tag

I went through google's search and they suggest to remove the "no index" from the code. I inspected the code for this page in particular: https://www.thecrookedpathshop.com/shop/essential-oils/28 but that snipet of code doesn't exist, nor is there a way to change code if I wanted to. 

So, any suggestions on what can be done here.
