Printer problem after Restaurant POS Update - Printer category shows only Uncategorized and Negative

just updated the Square Restaurant POS today, and the printers weren’t printing correctly so I went to check the settings. After selecting ‘account’ it used to have a Printer option but instead now there’s only ‘Settings’, similar to what the Square POS looks like. When I tried to check the printer categories, it shows a -4 (don’t know why there’s a negative sign there) and it only shows ‘uncategorized’ (does not show any other categories that is supposed to be there).

 

Is there any way to revert back to the old version/settings or fix this?
