Payroll Processing Issue

I was trying to process our payroll (this was our first time using it and switched from ADP).  It needed to be submitted by 10pm on Sunday, July 1st.  I processed it at 9pm and there is just a spinning circle for about 5 minutes and then comes back with an error saying to try again later.  I called support, he did not know the issue and opened a ticket.  Well it is now 5am the next day and the message on the screen is we missed the deadline.  I tried to process it again , and the same issue.  I have tried 3 computers and 2 different  internet connections, and 2 different browsers.  The support rep said he had the ame call earlier. This is not a good first payroll expierience.

 

Anyone else have an issue?

Hi @Keithppp - Sorry that you encountered this issue with Payroll! I just heard back from the team that the issue you encountered is fixed now.

 

Those who couldn’t send a run should also be able to send them. Can you try again and let me know if you still encounter an issue?
