Payment pending

Hi fellow square users.

I am new to this product and would like to find out some information about pending payments.

A customer paid for a service on the 10/01/22 and the pending payment was for the 13/01/22.

This then moved out to the 17/01/22, and now moved again to the 18/01/22.

Could someone please advise why this payment is taking so long?

While we're not able to look into your account transfers via this public forum, there are a few things that might be at cause here:

 

- Have you linked a bank account to your Square account? Check in your Dashboard by heading to Account & Settings > Account > Bank Accounts. In the Square Point of Sale app, you can see your linked bank account by heading to More > Settings > Account > Bank Account

 

- Are there any outstanding forms to complete? We might require some more information about your business. You might have missed an email, or notification about this in your Dashboard, which would come up in your notification center when signing in on a browser. 

 

Please take a look at your bank account settings, and dashboard, and let us know how you go!

Hey all, I've got a pending transfer from the square app going into our linked bank account. Every day it changes the date on when it will be confirmed and it never actually seems to transfer the money. It's just kinda stuck there in limbo between the square account balance and the pending transfer. Has this ever happened to anyone before? How can I get the ball rolling and move that money into the bank account?

Hi There,

 

I have had two payment processed and not transferred to my nominated account totally over $5k, I have emailed and have had no response.

 

AS you can imagine this is a large amount of money and concerning that nobody has followed up on this matter.

 

Has anybody else had these issues?

Can someone contact me regarding this matter, your contact number is not working and nobody has replied to my enquires regarding the missing $5k, they contact me straight away regarding a phone call I had with one of their representatives though... ....no body calls and nobody returns my emails regarding the missing FUNDS.. What is going on..

This is the worlds worst payment gateway.

Nortia you go over 5K waiting.

I got over 26k that is being held by these fools.
They are light on information and service and big on 20 questions and tall stories.

 

They seem to like pinting you to common threads and issus from othere "members" but give no real answers.

They played 20 questions with me that i had to fill in information regarding my business, so i can get pait MY money.

it's taken me over an hour and a half to answer their stupid questions so i can get MY money.

These guys are worse than PAYPAL!
