Order Complete message for eGift Cards

We just activated eGift Cards and noticed that when you choose the option to "Send on a Future Date", the Order Complete message indicates that the eGift Card will be sent on today's date (the date the order was placed)? This is confusing to our customers.

The Order Confirmation message does show the correct delivery date.

Just ran a test on my demo account and I see exactly what you mean. Not gonna lie, I was a bit thrown off at first too so I definitely understand your customers' confusion when looking at the order complete page. 

 

Sending this one up to our Team so they can take a closer look. I'll loop back here when I get a response.
