Opt Out of notifications for clients?

So this app is everything I want/need out of an app but I find the notifications to be annoying. I would like to be able to control what notifications they receive, if any, because receiving a text or email for every step is unnecessary. I already have text threads with most of my clients so ideally I'd like to just receive a notification that they have picked a slot and the only thing they receive is a personal text from me, rather than from the app. Is that possible?

Hey @rr23 - Whenever you're making any changes to an appointment, you'll always be presented with the option to send a notification within the confirmation screen. You'll just need to select Don't Send a Notification and your client won't receive any communication about the change.

Only one of my clients (big ticket/important) has complained about my appointment reminders on square appointments. She is a flip phone user and has a paper calendar. She does not like the text reminders for her upcoming appointments. Is there any way to opt her out?
