One of our menus has disappeared from one of our operating systems
The title of this thread has been edited from the original: POS Help!!
SO frustrated.....lol
one of our menus has completely dissapeared from one of operating systems. The menu is accecible from mobile device and laptop. I'm trying to figure out how to get it back up in this particular location. And be a ble to print receipts and I AM NOT comuter savvy.
Please help if ya can. Many thanks.

So sorry for this late reply @Battleship1! The first step I suggest is to sign out of the app. When you sign back in make sure to select the specific location that this menu is associated with.
Have you connected a receipt printer to your Point of Sale system in the past, or was it disconnected? The steps to reconnect your printer are here: Create a Printer Station and Connect a Printer.
Finally if you need any help at all please call our CS team who can investigate any missing items and walk you through connecting your printer if needed.
