Summary: We are aware of an issue that's keeping memebers from starting threads. If you are signed into your profile, you will not be able to start a new thread. You can still comment on a thread while signed in. Luckily we've identified a workaround and listed the steps below. We're working diligently to get this fixed so everyone can get back to business. 😉
Issue: If you are signed into your Seller Community profile, you will not be able to start a thread.
Workaround: You can create a thread if you are not signed into the Seller Community.
- Head to SellerCommunity.com
- Make sure you are not signed into your profile
- Click on Start Thread
- Fill out the title, board, and body of your thread
- Click post
- Sign into your community profile to post the thread
