New terminal should be offered to existing customers with promo

Just was told that they are not offering new terminal to existing customer who have been with them before they went public with the new $100 dollar promo.  Very disappointed.

But think of all the companies who do the same thing, like cellular phone companies.  They'll offer an introductory offer of deeply discounted phones to new customers, which their current customers aren't offered.  They're trying to attract new customers.

I agree with you that it would be nice if Square did what you suggest.
