New Square Register: Recommended for food truck bakery?

I just got an email about the new Square Register- looks fantastic! Would this be something you would suggest for a food truck? We own a bakery, and have a food truck that we would like to have a square register on, instead of their phones. Does this need to be plugged in at all times?

yes, this would require constant power.  you could add an inverter to your truck for easy 110V power.  depending on your customer access it might be nice with the customer display if you have a shelf at customer height so they can sign and swipe their own cards.
