So sorry to hear! While you wouldn't be able to manual enter a payment from the computer, you would be able to send an invoice from the Square Dashboard. Your customer can just pay using this digital bill.
Alternatively, you could sign into your Square account on another person's device if you download the Square Register App. You'll just want to make sure and sign out afterward!
