Library items not syncing with online

It’s been two weeks since I’ve built a beautiful website, loaded dozens of products, but that’s all its been, a beautiful website. My items won’t sync from item library to online.

I’ve spent hours with Square technical team trying to trouble shoot the issue, still no resolution up to this point.

Have anyone experience a similar issue? Was told there is a bug, and that they are still researching.

There's some type of online gremlin that severely affects sync but only sometimes.. not all the time and not for everyone. It's incredibly frustrating.

Hey there @Calison @DinaLRosenberg, I am sorry both of you have experienced these sync issues! It does look like earlier this month there was disruption but it does appear our team has resolved this. 

 

If you guys are still having trouble please reach out to Square Online Team so we can look at your account settings and see what is going on. I appreciate you guys working with us to figure this out!

Are you using a Square Online website, or integrating with another website provider? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Also, feel free to share a link to your website. This information will help us dive in a bit deeper.

My item library is not syncing to the online portion of the site. The setting is turned on to sync automatically, but it has not been working for at least a week now. Currently I have to go into the item library and toggle the setting to sync it to the online store. An annoying unnecessary step that has never been present before.
