Kitchen printer did not communicate with Square register so I was instructed to send it back for replacement? Low and behold Square is out of stock and has no alternative/ compatible kitchen printers available for purchase or replacement. Thanks alot Square phone support line! (Bad advice)

@MFNC206 Look up a star sp742 ethernet printer or wireless lan (do not get bluetooth).  You can check amazon and there are some for 318 I believe.

Supply chains have been crazy lately, but the star sp700 series should work with the register also and is a great impact kitchen printer.  I have several of these.

How can I add an Amazon purchase on my Square credit account? I can't, so I have to pay cash for equipment that I agreed to in a financing arraignment. (Not happy!)

@MFNC206 I am sorry, as a super seller, I don't usually give any advice on account level issues and wasn't aware from your original post this had anything to do with Square's financing.  I know that doesn't help you and can be frustrating. 

I can offer you one other work around if you purchased a receipt printer with your order.  You can set the register to print order tickets at the register and have your cashier/order taker pass the ticket to the back.  While this isn't ideal, it is an option and I have used this in the event of an equipment failure in the middle of lunch rush.

Thank you for that. I have already set up system to do that exact thing. Problem is when thermal paper gets greasy or hot the print becomes illegible. I will use this until Square can get their act together!
