Items reactivating by themselves.

Anyone else having items magically reactivate by themselves?
(re add themselves to a location)

Every morning I check what items are out of stock, so I can deactivate them, I see that there are at least 40 items somehow reactivated.

Is anyone else having this issue?

it's a very large issue because my square is integrated with doordash, and door dash will still sell items that are out of stock.
Hope that makes sense.

Square seems to be making items that have been marked as unavailable for months suddenly available - this affects both out retail terminals but more importantly our online store.  Suddenly customers can order an item that we don't have.  We are fairly certin that these aren't being accidently changed, and it happens on a regular basis every few weeks.  Anyone else experiencing this or have insights into why it is happening?

There was another Seller who reported a similar issue here so I merged your response to an existing thread. I recommend reaching out to our Support Team so they can take a look at this. They can also escalate the issue to our Engineering Team if needed.

I've literally talked to about 6 people, ,explaining this situation is VERY hard.
I've had two engineer teams work on this.
I just got an email saying that it's fixed.
But my situation got worse. I can't even give items a location anymore.
Tomorrow, I will have 30 items coming back in that I wont be able to sell.

Every time I respond to the email. A different person replies.

I'm the phone with square support right now. And guess what. NOTHING.

How is any of this acceptable?
