We run 6 ipads and all are on the most recent square POS software. We have been having this problem for months and we keep sharing videos with the Square developers but they can't reproduce the problem. Whenever we try to add an item to a page on the POS it will disappear. It takes a bunch of times before we can get an item to show up and sync between all of our POSes. Is anyone else having this problem?
