Issues with invoices

What can cause certain customers not to receive invoices that are sent? I have a few, that everytime they are sent an invoice, they do not receive it and have to call in to pay.

Also, on Small Business Saturday I had quite a few invoices, which were sent, "disappear ". They originally showed as a sent invoice then just vanished. I had to resend several quite a few times.

Hello @Tritter82, this is an interesting issue. Do these customers use the same email provider? I've heard of some sellers having a difficult time with Yahoo email addresses specifically. Typically the email provider can take a look to see if the invoices are being blocked on their end. 

 

For the invoices that disappeared on from your Dashboard we definitely want to take a closer look into this. It sounds like a possible glitch. If you haven't already I recommend reaching out to our Support Team when get a chance.

Yes, they were the same email addresses I had used many times previously. 

I was reading some other posts and it appears as if there was a glitch Saturday, which has been resolved.
