Is there an option to split an item between 2 checks?

We are a golf simulator/restaurant. We charge our customers per hour instead of per customer. Example: if 4 people come in and play our simulator for 1 hour, we would like to split the cost of that hour between 4 people, without having to close them all out at once. If one person wants to leave and wants to pay his portion of the check, and the others want to stay and have a beer, there is no way to do that without closing everyone out all at the same time. Also just an FYI if you do close one person out and leave the screen at the payment screen to try to wait for the others, it will cancel your previous payment and you will lose that transaction. 

Any chance of Splitting a single item between multiple people coming soon?

This would be a great feature to have. I'm sure many sellers can benefit from being able to split a check/ticket without having to close out the full sale. At this time, we don’t have a timeframe that we can provide. We will make sure to post any updates here in our Seller Community.
