Is there an additional monthly charge for using customer directory

Is there an additional monthly charge for using customer directory?  I'm hesitant to start putting customer info in there without knowing and I remember that some services are additional.  Thank you for your help!

customer directory is free to use and you can access any email address that you add to a customer.
