Is there a way to tell your customer where their auto receipt went (text number \ email address)?

Is there a way to tell your customer where their auto receipt went (text number \ email address)?

I have auto receipts turned off in setting, but they are still happening, and can't tell customers where they went.  Thank you.

If you go back to the transaction and hit the New Receipt button, if it was automatically emailed to them or texted to them you will see part of their email or text number in the field and I usually just ask them is it an email that starts with "XYZ and ends with gmail.com?" Or whatever it says there.

 

If it is a customer that you manually added their email address or phone number then you will see the full email address or phone number.

Thank you, but this did not work for me.  Fields were empty and did not show default.
