Is there a report to show you how much sales tax you have collected?

Needing to file sales tax quarterly and I can't seem to find anything that shows it.

From your Square Dashboard choose Reports.  You can then filter the dates needed for quarterly filing.  Scroll down on the report and it will show how much was collected in taxes.

I was only using PayPal as my source of e commerce processing. Do you have to use square up to get this report?

If you go to your dashboard choose reports-taxes then fill in the date(time frame you want) you can get a quick picture pf all taxable sales, and tax collected for the entered time frame.

You would need to use Square for the report I sent you a link to since Square is not linked with PayPal since they are both credit card processors.  So you would need to get all these details from PayPal since that is your credit card processor for online sales.  You would either need the report from PayPal or better yet your E-commerce sites reports.  SInce you left out who your using for e-commerce, Weeble, Squareup, GoDaddy.... or other it is hard for us to answer your question.  Your e-commerce site would be my first choice as they would have the most details on your online sales.  There is where you added if the item is taxed, not taxed, or if the sale was taxed or not taxed.  When you sell online an item in your state might be taxed but not for someone purchasing out of state.  So like my e-commerce site knows when and when not to charge tax because of where I am shipping the sold items to.
