I think that is really dependent on your business. What type of business do you run?
Regardless, building an FAQ section is great because you'll hear the same ones over and over again. We are a service-based business so preparation instructions are really important to our clientele. We add it to the "thank you" message on square after booking, they receive it via email, and a text goes out to them asap as well. For that reason, we do not get very many calls or have to incorporate a help desk.
Call forwarding has been awesome as well - all calls go to my cell and they mostly just ask to book which I then send a text out.
