Is the LGL 158 VL Android device compatible with my chip card reader?

I have been using my android for sliding the credit card through.  I just connected it to my chip reader, but it is not listed in your list that will accept chips.  Is there any way to fix this?

Hey @katheryn - If your device is not listed within our Device Compatiblity page, it means that our engineers have not tested it with Square hardware and so we're unable to guarantee that it will work with our readers.
