Is it possible to set up a second store page?

I am trying to create a way for customers to order online from tables in the venue to minimise staff/ customer contact but i need a second online ordering page as the prices of drinks etc. are different in house to take away. I was hoping just to link a qr code to the dine in menu. Is it possible?

I've reached out to a few folks internally for a little more advice about what the best setup might be for ordering from the table, and will check in again if I hear of any good suggestions. I am aware we have places using Square Online Store for this purpose, however you're right in noting that this currently does't cater for a difference in pickup/delivery prices vs dine-in.

 

You could certainly create a new Online Store, then generate a QR code to that links to that website, and print the QR code out to have at the table - however I think this would require having separate accounts / websites for your existing take away menu and in-store menu.

 

I know we're looking at ways we can pivot towards features like this with our own products, but in the meantime you might want to check out a platform called Doshii, that can connect to Square for use with a range of different apps for hospitality and venues, including In-Venue Ordering apps. One I've used myself at a local pub that worked well is OpenTable - note there are likely going to be costs associated with this service, and I'd check with Doshii as to whether it will integrate with Square via their platform if it's something you'd like to look further into.

 

Generally speaking I think QR code based ordering from the table is a great idea, and I do hope it's something we can build native support for in the future.

15 minute increments is a bit harder to manage when its busy

I'm not sure about this one - possibly, though I can't make guarantees either way. I will pass on your feedback though, having the option to manage different time frames would be handy!

Hello, I'm facing a similar issue where I have 2 "menus" on Square POS - a dine-in menu and a take-away menu. Each menu has different pricing. Is the best way to provide 2 menus with different pricing to customers (and 2 different QR codes) to just create 2 websites under the same account? Or is there a way that customers can toggle between these 2 menus that have been set up on Square POS already?

Also, if I have a paid Square Online subscription, are both my websites on the paid subscription, or do I have to pay for 2 separate subscriptions?
