Invoice Template Feature Request

And now for my first "official" request:

I'd love to have an invoice "template" that we can set up in the same fashion as receipts, with custom logo, color, company name and info, note/message, etc.. Especially handy if we have this all set up ahead of time so we don't have a lot of extra stuff to type in if we're creating an invoice in the field on the fly and under pressure 🙂

I have same request, and I think lots of others do too.  I think this would also reduce the number of calls when the buyer gets their credit card statement and doesn't recognize the name being charged - the customizable invoice would help them remember.

Yep, and even better if we could choose what is visible and most importantly what is NOT visible on the invoice.  This would be great for the register receipt as well.  Limiting the data to a boilerplate for every business is exstreamly frustrating.  Would love to have the option to changes some of the unrelate info that is added to both. Very confusing to my customers.

YES! For the love, Square, at least make it where customer's can enter in their address when you send an invoice. It's ridiculous this feature hasn't been added yet. seems like such a simple feature that would make a lot of seller's lives easier!

I am coming over to Square as a previous PayPal customer and they had invoice templates available and it was so easy! I host craft events and "sell" vendor booth spaces and so I had different templates for each event that included the specific event details, advertising photo and the prices varied occasionally. I called Square customer support and they told me the only thing to do was go on here and post to this community. I also miss being able to invoice several customer's the same item at the same time which I also was able to do with PayPal.

I hope that this is something that can be added on as a feature. I also know several business owners who would more then likely use both features.

I would like set up templates for invoices to reduce time and to be constant with each customer.  Is there a way to do this in square?

The ability to create specific pre-made templates for Invoices is considered a Feature Request, but I am happy to pass your suggestion along to our Invoices Product Team for more consideration. In the meantime, a suggested work around here would be to create Invoice Drafts of common transactions you take through Invoicing. This way, you could have a few potential and generic Invoice drafts queued up and ready to go for a quick turn-around time.
