Images saved to Square from Photo Studio app, not showing up in site items viewed on laptop
I have taken some photos with Photo Studio app on my iphone and opted to save them to Site Items instead of saving to my phone. When I view the list of site items with the Square App on my phone, it shows the uploaded photos. When I view the list of site items (inventory or website list) using my laptop (squareonline.com), no photos are there. What am I not understanding about using Photo Studio? Should I not be using it to create new items in inventory that are going to be put into the online store? Thanks

Thank you for reporting this @villagehall! I test this out on my end (saving photos from the Photo Studio app to existing items and also create a new item from the app) and the photos should sync to your Square Dashboard as well.
Sometimes it may take a couple of minutes for the item to be fully synced. Are you still not seeing the photos populated on your Square Dashboard?
If you haven't already, can you try running through these steps and see if the photos appear for you?
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
- Clear the cache on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.
- Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome.
If none of these troubleshooting tips work, please let me know and I can definitely take a further look into this.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have not tried it again since we had so much trouble and wasted time trying to get it to work in the app on the phone. It may have just been a glitch in the app that day, because we did get it to work a few days prior to that. I have gone back to saving the pictures on my phone and using the website to create a new listing on my laptop, then uploading photos into the listing.
