IS SQUARE ONLINE experiencing problems right now?

Hi All, 

Is square online crashing right now?  I'm having all kinds of problems with my website:

* Inventory counts are false

* Having items marked OOS when i know there is stock

* Customers cannot buy any of my items b/c every one says OOS.

* Other items show 'this item unavailable for shipping'.  And YES, i did unclick/click the checkboxes like... many times for EVERY product.  still fails.

* Other very odd anomalies going on

*** And I cannot get thru to square tech support at all for the past 2 hours.  I know they have heavy load call but when i call it does very odd repeating beeps, doesn't give me a prompt to select 1 (support), and then other times when i do select 1, it just does nothing, radio silence.  It also said no account associated with my phone #.  Not true!

IS my square world falling apart right now?  This is literally the day I am launching my online store to the world.  Not feeling good right now. HELP!

Hi Mannistudio,

When there seems to be something not quite right with your Square Account or anything else Square related you may want to first visit this site for any Square announcements or system status events.  It's a good starting point before contacting Tech Support (which would be the next option).

issquareup?  Yep that's exactly what I did & how I found out about if they are having issues.  I've been trying since 8am but calls don't go through at all, no prompts, nothing.  My customers (and me) are dead in the water.

It's looks like AWS had a massive outage... so there's the culprit for this thread.  I suspect that Square tech support is also on VOIP on AWS which is why their phones were also knocked off also.

Sure was a bad day to launch a business website on Square.
