I want to add a new user to my G Suite Basic

I want to add a new user(email) to my G Suite Basic but I already have 3 and one more requires an upgrade.  There's no cost information online and when you pick upgrade it only refers you to the reseller which is weebly/square.  how can I find out more details about the cost to upgrade and how to do it?

sorry, but that doesn't help, already been there and got this when I clicked on "Switch"

"Please contact your reseller in order to get access to Google Workspace."  reseller is weebly->square
