An existing account holder added me as an authorized user so I can prepare financials.
I got an email from Square confirming that I am an authorized user.
I can login to Square but cannot see any transactions for this account.
Square Support cannot find the organization that added me as an authorized user.
I think the account holder might not have added me correctly. Square Support
didn't offer any suggestions when I asked how to properly add an authorized user.
I am familiar with Square. I prepare financials for another organization that uses Square.
I am the account holder in that case.

Authorized users have the ability to speak to Customer Success about specifics on an Account.
If the owner of the business made you an Authorized User, but did not turn on your ability to view Dashboard Reporting, they would need to do so in order for you to view Reporting for the business.
They can call Customer Success if needed for guidance on turning on Dashboard access for their account.
