Hi @belinda1 - Sorry to hear this! You can order a new magstripe reader through your Dashboard. Click on "Order a Reader" found at the bottom of your left hand menu.

I've had my reader for years, but now that my phone doesn't have a audio jack, I can't use it anymore.  When I start up the app, it asks me to enable Bluetooth.  Is there another reader I can get that uses Bluetooth?
