I just sent an invoice, no way to pay, no link or anything, how do they pay?

I am brand new to Square and just sent an invoice to a new customer. However, upon receiving the invoice the customer informed me there is no way to pay it! No link, it doesn’t ask for cc info or anything. So how do they pay from the email invoice?

Hey @PerceptionsMobi - Sorry to hear about the trouble that your customer is running into! The steps on how they can enter their payment information can be found within our Support Center. If they're still having issues, we recommend asking the customer for a screenshot and submitting it via email so that our team can take a closer look into it and see what's going on for you.
