How to create a QR code/link for contracts for customers to complete?

I want customers to scan the QR code so that they get redirected to a contract.  

I would like to used the contact as a waiver replacement.  I know that I can create any template. The template that I would like to create reflects a waiver format.  I am an play facility and waivers are required for liability reasons. I currently use a 3rd party to create the template/QR/Link for the waiver.  It would be so nice to keep everything in Square.

Any suggestions?

If you have the document in the Cloud like in Office 365 or Google drive you can share that document with anyone that has the link.  You can copy and paste the link into a QR code generator and here are 3 of those:

If you could create a contract in Square that is blank and at say Google Drive, create a QR code that goes there to the waiver/contract, have it that it can be read by anyone but to participate they need to sign it an email to you.  They can do that by downloading it and signing it or through DocHub you can sign PDFs online.  DocHub is a chrome add on for google drive I am not sure it works with other cloud software.

Another way would be to have the waiver set up as a PDF, that people have to sign and once its signed you are notified.

You could do that through Docusign but like most other things this costs $$.
